Our Venue

Located in the heart of Lilbourne Village, just minutes from the A5 at the tripoint of Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, and Leicestershire, the Village Hall is an ideal venue for all types of private and community events.

Our Charges (held at 2024 prices):

£20 per hour (or part thereof) for non-Lilbourne residents

£10 per hour (or part thereof) for Lilbourne residents

Fees for 'block' bookings are subject to negotiation.

What's Included:

- Large hall with stage for your event booking

- Hall: 10.8M x 7M x 3.5M (Length, Width, Height)

- Stage: 4.1M x 3M

(Sizes are approximate. Please note that, for insurance reasons, our maximum capacity is 70.)

- Use of tables and chairs

- Full kitchen facilities including use of crockery, cutlery, and glasses; oven, fridge, microwave

- Excellent amenities including recently refurbished and upgraded toilets

- Easy wheelchair access

- Plenty of free on-site parking

And now with WI-FI too! Details of the username and password are available on the Hall notice board inside the main entrance.

If you require a bouncy castle for your event, this needs to be arranged and booked by you. We will charge an additional flat fee of £10 to cover the cost of additional electricity.

PLEASE NOTE we do NOT hire bouncy castles ourselves.

Entertainment

Each year, we host a variety of community events, including fortnightly coffee mornings, weekly fitness sessions, and occasional bingo evenings with cash prizes. We also run quiz nights from time to time and host the professional Mikron Theatre Company for a brilliant performance once a year. Don't miss our traditional Christmas Panto, presented by the Laugh Out Loud Theatre Company, which is an absolute must-see! Private bookings include children's and adults' birthday parties; anniversaries; baby showers; funeral services and wakes; as well as other family or social get togethers, committee meetings etc.
